Hanan spent more than 20 years in senior strategic finance leadership. Alongside that career, she spent a decade studying and practicing self-regulation and the science of change.

Why Muronah exists
Muronah exists to close two gaps: capable people running on empty, and managers deciding without the numbers.
Muronah is Arabic for flexibility: the ability to bend, adapt and recover. We build it in people first, because people under pressure cannot absorb anything new. Then we build the financial and strategic understanding to act on it.
