Why Muronah
Muronah is the Arabic word for flexibility. Not resilience as endurance, which usually means asking people to put up with more. Flexibility: the ability to bend, adapt, and come back.
That is a skill, and skills can be taught.
The firm exists because those two things were never separate.
Muronah was founded by Hanan Mughrabi, who spent 20+ years in senior strategic finance leadership roles and, alongside them, ten years in self development and self regulation.
The finance years showed what makes organizations work. The other ten showed what makes people work. The firm is where those two meet.
