Programs built to be used on Monday.
Signature programs across the three pillars. Every one is customized to the client, delivered in person or online, in English or Arabic, and measured before and after.
Change Your Mind… Create New Results™
Dr Joe Dispenza’s neuroscience-based program for lasting personal and professional change.
Over two days, participants learn why the brain resists change, how habits of thinking and reacting are formed, and how to build new ones that hold up under pressure. The program is followed by 30 days of guided practice, with four live sessions and a private support group, so the change carries into everyday work.
Delivered by Hanan Mughrabi, a Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant personally trained by Dr Joe Dispenza.

Do participants need to know this work already?
No. Everything is introduced from the beginning, whether the material is new or familiar.
Is it personal or professional?
Both. The science is the same; participants apply it where it matters most to them.
Is it therapy?
No. It is an educational and experiential program, and it does not replace medical or mental-health care.
Not sure which one?
Take the readiness check and see where you or your team stand across all three pillars, or book thirty minutes and talk it through. No pitch either way.
Public programs run a few times a year. Get notified when the next one opens.
